I have always loved going on adventures in my mind with a good book since I was a child, and now as an adult I have had the privilege to travel around the world, and experience many exciting times and a variety of cultures.

It is surprising how many times in real life you find yourself in circumstances that make you feel like you have landed on an alien planet or been transported back in time. These life experiences have given me a treasure throve to draw on for the stories I write, which are woven into the text of my novels. My goal is to give you characters you can believe in as they struggle through hair-raising journeys when you arrive, out of breath, at a satisfying end.
