Stu Neal was born in Maine and has spent most of his life as an entrepreneur and businessman. He has been active within his community through participation in numerous civic organizations and boards, and as an elected official within town government. Mr. Neal is also a professional public speaker listed in the "Who's Who in Professional Speaking" and is author of several business related publications.

Disc, Mr. Neal's first novel, was begun in 1991 while still living in Maine, and completed in 2002 after his move to Virginia, where he currently resides and works as a Director with a local college in Richmond.
