Born 1949, Glenn Rahman is a life-long Minnesotan. He graduated with a degree in geology from Winona State University in 1971, and did graduate work in the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. His interest in writing and in imaginative fiction goes back to his early school days, when he had already set his sights on becoming a professional novelist.
In the late 1970's, Glenn published, sometimes in collaboration with his brother and fantasy artist Kenneth Rahman, several adventure board games and role-playing aids for TSR, Avalon Hill, Chaosium, among others. DIVINE RIGHT (TSR) achieved lasting popularity and has lately been reissued with his expansions by Right Stuf of Des Moines.
Glenn's short stories have been published variously. The fantasy board game Divine Right gave rise to his book of history and legends deriving from the game world, THE Minarian Legends, which is sold with the game as an e-book (Right Stuf). Glenn is currently working with Richard Tierney on a new Roman-era fantasy continuing the adventures of the magician Simon of Gitta.
